The team at Hamilton Janke Lawyers are delighted to announce the employment of Ms Hannah Williams as a Solicitor with the firm.

Hannah has been working with the firm in a clerking capacity for the past 12 months which (along with her dedication and proven acumen for advocacy and criminal law) will allow her to seamlessly transition into a more prominent role in assisting our clients.

Hannah was awarded her degree with Honours Class I, and during her studies at the University of Newcastle was a grand-finalist in the Intervarsity Criminal Law Moot, ranked in the Top 3 of her Advanced Criminal Law Class and completed a thesis on Australia’s compliance with international obligations as they relate to Life Imprisonment.

Having worked closely with Hannah for some time now, James and Drew are both proud and excited to be in a position to support and mentor the next stage of Hannah’s career (which they have no doubt will be long lasting and illustrious).

Hannah was admitted as a Lawyer in the Supreme Court of NSW on 24 February 2021– we here at the firm will be sure to celebrate with Hannah accordingly (COVID compliant, of course).
